At RAZA DECOR, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@razadecor.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for an exchange or offer a refund, depending on your preference.

5. Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the expected time, please:

  • Check your bank account or payment method for any pending refunds.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is posted.
